After seeing such good reviews about West Essex OBGYN, I was looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Tara Abella. However, everything about my appointment was, quite frankly, a mess. I made my appointment online via their patient portal for a new patient wellness visit, however their system had me listed as a consult. Phone calls are never answered. It’s so frustrating to call the office and no one picks up!
I recently had my first baby and had an incredible experience with this practice. Every provider has been kind, empathetic, and reassuring throughout my entire pregnancy. The office is very efficient and I never had to wait long to be seen. I had a great delivery with both Dr. Keiser and Dr. Phillips present.
