From the day I picked my car up from west engines the service wasnt that great, handed back and told "new engine is in, but it doesn't start well" turns out tank breather was blocked. Inside the engine bay I found gaskets not seated properly, loose nuts and bolts and signs all round of a sloppy job. Withing a week the oil cooler gasket blew. Highly recommend! Fabulous team at West Engines that go over and above in helpful service. Shane & his team helped me with every aspect of an insurance claim making it straight forward and easy. Also giving sound advice along the way. Brilliant customer service and genuinely wanting to help.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I'VE HAD 2 ENGINES BOTH HAVE HAD CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURES!! The worst experience ever, if I could give Shane 5 minus stars I would. After having a reconditioned engine installed on my Triton after 5000 kms I have a major engine failure. A knocking noise and oil spewing out everywhere all over my engine. I have it towed to Shane the next day. A week and a half go's by no reply to my calls or text messages. I turn up at the premises and are told it’s a balance rod, under warranty. West Engines came as a highly recommended company to help me with replacing my Cruiser engine. They were easy to work with and definitely masters of their craft as I've had my 80 series back in much better condition than before. In good hands with these guys. I'll continue using them no doubt!
