West end vet is a excellent clinic, they treat our dog snoopy with such great care I can't thank dr.mason and dr.rubi enough
Great experience! The vet and the staff were all super nice. They handled my dogs with love and care even after my dachshund had an accident due to being nervous. They were very understanding.
Our first visit with Dr. Rubi and Calan the vet tech was amazing! They were right on schedule we went in )without sitting in the waiting room), enjoyed the wellness exam and received the distemper shot. THEN, I paid for all the services IN THE EXAM ROOM. Paying the bill right in the exam room was amazing. I didn’t have to go out to the front desk to pay and possibly have my cat startled by canine patients entering the clinic.
