Kathy and Dr Ruby were extremely courteous and attentive with my senior dog. The visit was efficient, informative, and I left feeling at ease, which is rarely the case for vet visits. They also got us in the day I called. Thank you all! Oh…the clinic cat was precious, too.
Everyone at West End vet is always attentive to Lucy’s needs.
My friend recommended West End to me and I am so grateful he did. They have been amazing helping me and my two senior kitties. Dr. Mason is so kind and knowledgeable. It hasn’t been easy but I completely trust them to do everything they can to help and not take financial advantage of us. Thank you West End!
Great vet! Kind staff at the front desk, everyone is understanding, the vets are always happy to walk through your options (including price) and explain how it all works, they never do work without your consent, and I often find that, in an emergency, I’m able to get an appointment quickly. I can call or email with questions and have confidence they’ll get back to me within a day or two, and they recently got an app that makes reordering medicine and making appointments much easier!
