Exceptional Vet and staff. We were made feel like family and they really cared for our Dixie girl. Highly recommend!
Our English Bulldog Brutus had the BOAS surgery today to improve his breathing. Dr. Mason did a FANTASTIC job opening his nostrils and removing part of his palate to increase his airway. The surgery was a complete success and we are thrilled with the results. Thank you Dr. Mason for taking the time and care in making sure Brutus' nostrils looked perfect. Our kids (pets) receive better care and quality of service at West End Veterinary Clinic than my wife and I receive from our own medical providers. Dr Mason and her staff are top notch.
This was my first visit with Dr. Mason. Starting with the staff, the appointment process was easy and they got me in quickly, I was greeted with smiling faces and everyone seemed very happy. Dr. Mason and Camryn did a very thorough exam on my labrador, Murphy, took x-rays (that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg), and gave me a very detailed explanation of what is going on with my boy. Highly recommend West End Vet, Dr. Mason and staff! If you are in the area and looking for a veterinarian, West End Vet is the place to go!
