I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Dr. Janes is not very professional and I would not recommand her to anyone. She fired us from bringing our pet back to her because we received a second oinion because after surgery on her back she was left with paralysis in her right leg and the doctor said it was not caused from the surgery, she was very rude, I guess she thinks just because we live in the west end that we are stupid, this is how she made us feel and that is why we went else where to have her leg checked, and that other doctor which is very well known said ... read more
