Honestly loved living here it was a good size place for my roommates and our dog. Although don’t sign with hub city rentals, different companies own certain units. The property manager has been horrible with helping us. They are impossible to get ahold of and when you do they are rude and never get back to you. Maintenance is terrible. Had an A/C issue and garage won’t close properly effecting the security of our home and 2 days later nobody has shown up. Stay somewhere else. Not worth it! would have gave 0 stars but you have to give 1 to post. 80° in the house and 3 days later nobody has come. Maintenance came and attempted to fix my doorbell but they didn’t have the battery for doorbell. Never came back.
When I moved in the unit was a mess, it looked like a frat party just took place. Maintenance won’t fix anything unless you’re present which doesn’t work for students and people with jobs, they get there call you and leave before you can come let them in. Then reschedule without even letting you know. The office workers are rude short and take forever to respond. While still demanding rent be paid. Don’t live here until management changes and never rent from Hub City Rentals!
Leased here for a year, absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. Incredibly over priced, worst management I’ve ever seen, the person running the place was incredibly under qualified for the job and cost me and a lot of people money. Would live in a dumpster before I ever rented here again.
We're currently on the hunt for a new place, and thought these townhomes looked really nice! However, the phone number listed on the door and online are out of service, and the website is down. The building has a large "leasing is available" sign on one of the buildings, but the office was closed by 3:30 when we drove by. This is already a red flag for potential leasers. I'll gladly change my star rating once these things get sorted out, and we'd love to tour the premises.
