Purchased my last couple sets of tires and rotations at West End. Good group of guys working there. Never an issue with them or their work. Great to go to a place that takes care of their customers. People that complain about an up-charge with using cards, it's a convience for people that need the tires without the money. Pay cash if it bothers you. They shouldn't have to pay the extra charge each time a card is used. (Yes, I work retail)
Best Tire/Auto Shop. People that work there are honest and knowledgeable. Also very friendly!
Brought my car in for inspection and from start to finish, the gentlemen that work here, were lovely. I decided to wait for my vehicle and was quite comfortable sitting in the lobby and getting some work done. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for any future work.
$35 + tax for tire patch. Got me without an appointment.
