Great place to live. Been at West End since January 2025. I have a 2B 2Bath that opens out to the pool area. Tenants are quiet and respectful around the common pool area. The facilities are clean and the Maintenance Staff is friendly, quick to respond, and capable. I couldn't ask for a better complex.

Be ready to never have your trash taken out even though you pay for valet service. hallways will smell like foul trash. Fire alarms went off multiple times while staying there. Extremely disappointing and sketchy experience. When I moved out, I had a zero balance and believed everything had been fully paid. If there were legitimate charges, they should have been addressed during the move-out process—not suddenly appearing weeks later. We lived in a first-floor apartment at West End for approximately 10 months. During that time, we experienced repeated excessive noise from the apartment above us that frequently disrupted our sleep and our ability to work from home. For context, I am in my mid-40s and have lived in more than seven different apartment communities over the years. I understand and fully expect normal apartment living noise. This was not that.
