Poor service, bad time management, no client orientation, I came in time for my appointment and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes, and when I asked how long will it take to wait they said they don’t know, they’ve accepting another clients for the time of my appointment and never excused. Dont recommend this dentistry.

I’ve been attending west end smiles for years. From the receptionists, Nicola & Emma, who are just so joyful & happy ( just what u need if you’re an anxious client, like myself ) & of course Dr Irfan, who has provided me with the best care. I recently stood on my denture plate, whilst I wait on my implant, & I had no hope as it was broken like a jigsaw. The thought of Xmas with no front tooth completely brought me down.
