couldn't have had a better experience! Stephanie was very helpful getting my appt setup and answering all my initial questions. At my appt today, Ashley was my person and she was AMAZING. It had been a LONG time since I'd been to a dentist and I was terrified and had no idea what to expect...Ashley was perfect for me. My hygienist today was Alicia and she was absolutely amazing! My teeth have never felt and looked cleaner and she was so wonderful to deal with! The dentist was equally as lovely and I look forward to going back :)
Only a couple of ladies that are the dental hygienist who are unprofessional. One called my insurance and reported me. She also seemed that my teeth were horrible and I need to brush and floss and in front of my son. I was refused service when I still had insurance.
My visit to West End Smiles was very confusing and disappointing. I left feeling unheard and not supported as a patient. The dentist an older woman who seemed to be over the practice did not provide clear explanations or multiple treatment options, even though I have active dental insurance. It felt as if the focus was more on getting money from me rather than discussing what was truly necessary or in my best interest. I had such a great experience with this office. I am a student from out of state and was having severe pain on a Friday. Being far from my dentist, I was grateful to be able to speak to Dr. Hrstic when most other offices were closed with no emergency line. She was incredible with getting me seen ASAP, and made me feel so heard. Everyone in the office was amazing, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a caring, talented dental team.
