I received excellent service from West End Service Centre. I spoke to Aaron on the phone and he told me to come in even though the service centre had closed due to Cyclone Alfred. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We were recommended to see Aaron for some repairs to our transmission by our regular mechanic Aaron was super helpful with both the diagnosis methods, explained exactly what was going.on and how they pin pointed the problem as well as assisting with the requirements for the warranty claim. The repairs were completed. We picked up the car and everything went as smooth as silk from start to finish. I highly recommend Aaron and his team for anything DSG transmission related.
