I was having problems with my toilet and I just wanted to have a professional come and look at it. The plumber by the name of Shaun, came over, right on time and was very courteous and professional. He was a normal, down to earth person and he checked out my toilet and he basically told me what my options were. I did not feel pressured into buying anything.
