This was for my husband. We went for his first intro examine, I’ll call it. It started off being impressive. We weren’t sure of the building & her husband actually came out to get us. After that we both felt as though he was in good hands for his intake. He was comfortable with the interaction & so was I. We will be returning.
Rude, Uncaring, and Completely Unprofessional Avoid Dr. Jennifer Lumpkin at West End Neuropsychology if you value basic courtesy and compassion—especially when dealing with elderly patients. We tried multiple times in December 2024 to make an appointment. No one answered the phone for days.
