Brought my car in for a warranty issue. At first they told me to bring it to where I bought it, Steinback Jeep, then they said they would look at it after I said it was a warranty issue. I explained the importance of having this issue fixed because I travel alot and the push button ignition is the only way to start my car, I could be stranded etc. The same issue happened again the day after I pick up my vehicle. Not one bit impressed with this place!!!!! They took advantage of a low income senior today! Makes me sick to my stomach. He went there about 2 weeks ago and they had him thinking he needed to have a wheel alignment done when he was waiting to have parts replaced. He then went in again today to have the actual work done and had another wheel alignment done. He had to pay for 2 wheel alignment ts....they knew darn well that they were taking full advantage of a senior. There was absolutely no need for the first alignment when ... read more
