I was having some major issues with a new truck I bought in the summer. Chad & Guy went to great lengths to make sure everything was made good & provided terrific customer support throughout the process.

Brought my car in for a warranty issue. At first they told me to bring it to where I bought it, Steinback Jeep, then they said they would look at it after I said it was a warranty issue. I explained the importance of having this issue fixed because I travel alot and the push button ignition is the only way to start my car, I could be stranded etc. The same issue happened again the day after I pick up my vehicle. I called them and asked for a printout of the work order, all they did was change a fuse! Poor skill, poor service... read more
