Call to book an appointment the receptionist/told me she was the manager I needed to get a script refilled and have recently moved to the area. Asked if anyone doctors were available to help when I told her there were no appointments at my old doctors surgery, she hung up the phone, I proceeded to call back the phone number when she picked up. I would like to thoroughly recommend this practice as a patient of over 20 years, I have visited all of the Doctors but more frequently, Dr Ruberry senior and lately, Dr John Ruberry. I have found Dr John Ruberry to be consistently professional in every regard. He is a careful listener and takes time to provide options for treatment, explaining his diagnosis and reasons for referring on to further investigations if necessary. Have been going to the same doctor at WEMP for nearly 20yrs. For a reasonable out of pocket you got personal service. It was great til recently. Now, you are taken for granted. The service is basic. The website doesn't list the fees or practice hours. You phone and get redirected to a generic 1300 number during typical business hours (showing Open on Google). The new doctor is less personable. But what is brutal is the out of pocket charge. A 10min appt for an antibiotic prescription is $96 ! The Medicare rebate $42.85 which... read more

Was told on the phone to come in that an appointment was not necessary, traveled 40 minutes and stated it was emergency and was told there was as no space. Biggest waste of time

Refused to see me and cancelled my appointment despite chronic, persistent cough. Refused to remove my details from the surgery. Rude receptionist kept cutting me off mid sentence. No standard of care. You're a number to them.
