HORRIBLE place...better service at my local fast food joint. I was patient and started my calls after 3 weeks. Each time they groaned as they needed to send into my insurance. Each time they never called me back like they said they would. After 5 weeks I got to talk to a new person, he submitted. Unfortunately after 7 weeks I got the wrong prescription. These folks shouldn't be anywhere near the medical field. DM
