Visited Dr Adam’s at this clinic for a mental health care plan and found the experience negative. I felt that he was dismissive of my concern, implying that the specific condition I was looking into was just an online fad. I felt he made assumptions without having had any experience knowing me as a person or patient. This experience made me question myself, delaying my process. Thankfully after visiting a doctor qualified to make such a diagnosis, my concerns were validated.
I’ve had a great experience at West End Medical. Dr Hickey was thorough, empathetic, knowledgeable and I was reassured by her genuine support and professionalism. The nurse is also fabulous and I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Horrific, scandalous, and vulgar/creepy treatment of women, with repugnant power complex. Not LGBTQIA+ FRIENDLY! I am honestly amazed. An angry man that likes to yell at women in his practice- in front of all patients in reception, and in front of the mothers own special needs child (first visit- put it off to benefit of doubt), then second consult (Telehealth to check results) he actually hangs up the phone after hearing something he didn’t agree with. This place is the best place in every aspect. It's definitely a 5 from laboratory to doctors attention. The new clinic is more spacious, has a reen , vivid vibe to it. Wich makes patients more welcome and relaxed. The only thing I would fault is the receptionists ton of voice. They are always speaking super loud over the phone or personally. It's very embarrassing when you want to share you follow-up procedures , reebookings or bank payments and they are there unawarelly loud about persons details. It feels embarrassing. its... read more
