My car battery was dead so I called AAA. They came and started my car and told me I needed to have my battery checked. I drove to the dealership and pulled into the service door even tho I had no appointment. Told Chase I didn’t want to turn off the car as I wasn’t sure it would start. He said he would check the battery which needed to be replaced. They immediately fixed me up with a new battery and I was on my way. West End is the BEST!!
