This company made promises to me that I would not have to chase them down to get my cutting done. Since May they missed 4-5 cuts and I just got an email from the owner telling me I'm harassing him to cut my grass. Problem is some weeks he doesn't come and doesn't tell me when he will come . So he just wrote me to cancel me services with him saying he would refund half season. So ya, here i am mid season and the lawn care company bails on me.
