Me and my wife went there to buy a skoda karoq. Nobody approached us. Eventually a woman came over, opened the car for us to look inside and left us. She never came back. Nobody seemed interested to help us so we just left very disappointed. I really liked that car but the service was awful.
Car was in for its service and kept up to date from start to finish and even got it back hoovered and washed thank you

DON'T BUY FRIM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUFFER THE HARD SELL. Persistent sales tactics for unnecessary extras. Not even a year on and they're harassing me to buy another car! They got my name wrong on the log book and in spite of requests to fix personal details keep sending emails to the wrong address and junk mail addressed to the wrong name. My patience has run out. STOP IT!! The stars are because the car itself is fine but the surrounding nonsense has lost all them credibility, I say go elsewhere.
