Kia West End Garage service was amazing. Paul from the garage very kindly met me an hour before the garage opened to arrange a hire car for me while my car needed some attention. I am very grateful that they accommodated the out of hours time for me. Above and beyond service. I highly recommend the garage for sales and repair and I will continue to use them.
Had my car booked in since the end March as it sounded dangerously wrong. The garage couldn’t book it in To look at it till 28th April as they didn’t have time. My car actually broke down completely the second week of April and got towed to the garage and has been there ever since hence I haven’t had a car. The gear box has fallen apart which on a six year old car is quite a worry. I bought a Kia under 7 years old because apparently the warranty is the best one around.
