Horrible experience trying to look at the place. No tours on Saturdays. Office says they open at 9, but the person who does the tour says she can't do a 9 am tour because she doesn't know if she will be there. Had an appointment and tried to move the time up from 11 to 10, opting in for the text option as well, to get no confirmation or communication if my time was moved or not. Site management and maintenance staff are First Rate. Overall, the community is friendly and polite, but some oddballs are ignorant about trash and recycling practices. Policies about pool access, particularly in Sept and early Oct are antiquated considering the environmental trends.
