Dr. Knight is an outstanding dermatologist. She went above and beyond to take care of me when she didn’t have to. Her professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent dermatological care.
Very slow service. Be ready to spend half a day here. This place is very unprofessional! DO NOT COME HERE!
Went here for four years. Saw Dr Knight maybe once or twice and after that only saw her nurse. My acne never got better and at times was worse after getting pore unplugging and chemical peels. Still getting billed from appointments I had a year ago. Just do your research and find a better derm.
They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I don’t know how they stay in business. Literally had to go to the office just to ask a question because no one would answer the phone. Then they send a text after you call and guess what…they don’t respond to that either. Will be looking for another dermatologist. After trying to make an appointment for over a month I’m done
If I could give this office 0 stars I would. Let’s run down every issue. 1. I arrived to the first appointment for my son 15 minutes early. The wait time in the waiting room was average BUT back in one of the patient rooms we waited nearly an HOUR without any one coming in to apologize for the delay.
