I hired an electric bike for the day and rode some rail trails. Hadn't used one before and they explained everything about it clearly. Very friendly service. Be aware that if you are used to a road bike you may find the riding position and seat takes some getting used to. Happy with the experience anyway.

West End Cycles is an excellent place to frequent, regardless of your cycling experience. Wes and Simmo are highly approachable and knowledgeable, and are always helpful with my bikes and providing general advice. I cannot recommend them enough.
