Dropped in while in town for work (from Miami) and both the coaches and the other members couldn't have been more warm and welcoming! The box is very centrally located and the space itself is efficiently laid out and well-equipped. The WOD was innovative, and the coaching was superb. Couldn't have asked for more. Will be back again next time I'm in town! Highly Recommended!
WECF is a truly special place and a top-notch overall experience! No matter your previous level of experience or skill, you’ll be met with knowledgeable coaches who listen to your personal goals and help you to put together a plan each day to achieve them. I can’t recommend this community enough!
I've been to a lot of HIIT/Crossfit classes in various cities including D.C, London, and NYC to name a few, and this is by far the BEST gym I have ever been to! I started taking classes here when I was a shy 16 year old girl afraid of lifting weights and since then I haven't looked back! Tim and Jen (the owners) and all the coaches at West End CrossFit welcomed me with open arms and taught me proper form/technique in their teens classes.
