This complex has been an extremely disappointing experience. The buildings have ongoing rodent and roach problems that clearly are not being properly addressed. It commonly smells like death and decay because they are in the walls and die. It’s unacceptable to pay rent and still have to deal with basic sanitation issues. The laundry situation is frustrating. Reposting - my first review is no longer visible and was not taken down by me. I would not recommend purchasing property here at this time: The facts: Condo dues for a 3BR/2BA are currently $1,000+ per month. The Association has recently chosen to take on a ~$5M loan and items brought up in association meetings were dismissed as being too expensive given the age of the buildings. CORPORATE FAT CATS: West End Condominiums WEC is managed by FSR, “first service residential” … the thing they put first is their image and making more money for corporate fat cats ….WEC and FSR are not transparent in how funding is dispersed among the six buildings … some board members are complicit in lack of transparency, and place their interests before the good of the community. They're condo buildings. People live in the condos.
Nice place!! Don’t get confused with the rental units! This is for the condos units! The condos are nice and well maintained! I don’t know about the rental properties but they are two diferentes places in this area! Again condos are nice and the property manager was very helpful! Condo manager! I don’t know who is the rental manager for the rental unit!! But I don’t think is the same manager for everything, the condos are just 3 or 4 building , the rental units are a lot building dark brown color.
