Someone ran a red light and hit me at the Chestnuthill Diner. The EMTs who came were wonderful, but West End Ambulance made a mistake in billing and sent my bill to the wrong address. Then they sent me to collections. The billing person was also extremely rude.

I gotta give them one star because I can't give them ZERO Stars ..On November 29, 2017 my boyfriend suffered a massive heart attack right outside my office . For what felt like an eternity, they showed up 20 minutes later , when they are located 5 mins away . When my boyfriend had just finished taking what ended up being his very last breath, they arrived...As they were getting out of the ambulance I went up to the EMS guy that came out of the passenger side and said " he just stopped breathing please help him!!"
