I had a really disappointing experience at this store. My young daughter was looking at a bracelet — not breaking anything, not causing any harm — and the shop owner came over and took it directly from her hand. Just a foot from where the bracelet was displayed. It was completely unnecessary and made us both uncomfortable. There are ways to handle things with kindness and respect, especially when children are involved. We won’t be returning, and I hope the store reconsiders how it treats families and young customers.
Visited this store and loved it! Lots of great antiques and different styles of things to look through. I even found a special gift for a friend. Great friendly staff too. West End Collective was a great find and I’ll definitely be back!
