They did a great job for us! They were prompt, courteous, neat and efficient. Most importantly, they were able to get out stains that had previously been cleaned by another company but had reappeared...I would definitely use them again. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices!
Absolutely excellent service!! Customer service was great and they got me on the schedule. I got a confirmation text, which I thought was nice. The tech arrived on time and was very nice and personable. He did a great job and my carpets look awesome. I will be a repeat customer .

Great work for a great price!! Five stars to West End Carpets & Air Ducts Care! These guys picked up my rug and cleaned it beautifully, including the remaining cleaning solution mixture spotting and returned it in a week. It was worth the wait to have my mistake resolved and our rug saved.
