Geoff was prompt. Answered my queries quickly. Showed up early on the day of service. Cleaned my sofa bed and carpet with care and the end result is exceptional. Kind, courteous, and respectful. Will definitely have him back and recommend him to anyone in the West End and beyond.
My carpet is quite old but each time I’ve used Geoff’s services I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Professional, reliable, efficient, and pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving him a try.
Although he doesn't really need another 5 star review, he will definitely get another from me. Geoff just finished doing our office and did a great job. Geoff came to help bail my wife and I out during a move-out carpet cleaning super last minute. He scoped the amount of work required, stuck to it, and charged us as estimated prior to the work conducted. He was reasonable, showed up on time (rare trait), and set the right expectations; my wife and I were amazed at his speed and customer care. You have us as clients whenever we need some future upholstery cleaning, thank you for all that you do Geoff–beyond grateful for your services.
Geoff was easy to communicate and plan with from start to finish, showed up on time, and did an amazing job cleaning our office furniture.
