I am truely impressed with the customer service here. I contacted them just to give a heads up about an issue with the auto wash, not expecting anything in return. Fiona replied quickly, organised for someone to attend the same day to check it, and offered a refund which was very appreciated. It’s great to see a business that genuinely listens to feedback and takes action, especially during a busy time of year. Highly recommend.
