I have lived at the West End Baptist Manor Apartments for 1 year and 7 months and I have been very happy with my experience. The apartments are a good size and VERY WELL MAINTAINED, and Management and Maintenance are friendly and very helpful. Very clean complex. No trash thrown everywhere. I think as residence here, we all work together to keep environment clean. The complex is in a great location, close to public transportation, Public Schools. Very quiet complex after 8:00pm. There is poor security around the apartments, and from the last 12 months there been at least 5 break-in in the apartments and 2 of them been my car
Peaceful, come and lay back, I feel that since there is a lot of more elderly people reside here that that also makes me feel a little safer for example when I'm not home etc. And they are nine times out of 10 on time when it comes to import task you have to take care of that you may need the assistance of the office manager, maintenance man etc. The property stays well maintenance and at the time they are doing a good job at practicing safe covid-19 safety measures.
