Great value for the money. Highly recommend.
I called today to see if they had an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone was so awful and rude. She seemed uncomfortable with my English or when she realized I'm Hispanic. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, If you are Hispanic, avoid this place 🤨
I've been taking our cars here for years. Always great, friendly service. Never had any sort of issue with them. Always reasonable shop rates too. I saw a one star post saying "I took my car to the the shop in Treemont" - West End Automotive is in Kulpmont, don't be fooled.
Would not recommend this shop. Went to the shop in Tremont to have my truck diagnosed for an issue I was having . Was quoted 2 hrs . They called me and told me they looked at my truck and that I had 2 bad injectors . I decided sure go ahead and replace the injectors if they are bad . The next day they call me and tell me that they had an additional 2 hrs worth of diagnostic into the truck that they didn’t inform me that they were going to do and that the injectors in my truck were good .
