What a joke! I was given this provider thru State Farm roadside assistance at 12:04pm today, and told that they would be there at 1:04pm. At 1:15, I contacted Rob (whose voicemail was full, so couldnt leave a message) multiple times and was told he would be there in 45 minutes. At 2:15pm, I contact Rob, and he was heading up from Albany. At 2:40, I found another number and spoke with the owner's son, and got the 3rd excuse that they just received the request at 2:30 and had until 4pm...needless to say, more excuses were give... read more
These folks go above and beyond. I had a blow out on I87 South on the way to work, and they towed my car to their shop, put on a new tire, and drove the car to me at the end of the day! All at an amazingly low cost. It's nice to know honest decent people are still around. I highly recommend West End!!!!
