Absolutely terrible management
I have lived here for a little over 3 years now. Since I moved in in 2022, this property has gone significantly downhill. Both the administration and upkeep of these apartments have SIGNIFICANTLY deteriorated to the point where I would advise anyone to NOT LIVE HERE. The latest issue: a “technical glitch” prevented notifications about pest control spraying from being sent out to residents — and my apartment was entered without notice or my CONSENT. Love my apartment. The maintenance staff had a lot of turnover in 2025 and that led to mixed results. 2026 has been much better with the maintenance team and their collaboration and communication has been a lot better.
I lived here for over two years. The current management is sketchy. They will come up with random charges, have huge electric and water bills that just don't seem sane. It was fine until the current management took over. I moved out over 6 months ago, but i have heard HORROR stories of people trying to leave owing insane amounts in charges for carpet repairs and paint damages upon move out. Definitely better places for the price, can’t wait to leave. No grills or smokers allowed, and when the property’s low budget washer inevitably breaks and floods your belongings, there will be no reimbursement of any sort. Also, please don’t be in any sort of emergency and try to contact management because their response will reflect that they are in no rush to make tenants feel like a priority.
