I have nothing but great things to say about this complex & the people in the office/maintenance. Unlike most I’ve lived at, the new tenant feeling lasts well past signing your lease. Maintenance & office staff are extremely responsive & helpful. They take care of their amenities as well as landscaping regularly. Highly recommend:)
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Mold on the windows and hefty Evergy bills from poor insulation & cheap window installation isn't even the worst part of the experience. I moved out 2 years ago, was told everything was paid and I was good to go even after following up to double check, and just received a notice from collections due to bullshit cleaning expenses that cost upwards of $1,000. Just got hit with a credit score hit from living there 5 years ago. Staff was always unhelpful and our AC broke every year. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
Love my apartment and just renewed my lease!! Front office and maintenance staff are impeccable!
