The service is absolutely outstanding here. We recently had an emergency and they had everything fixed within the hour. We are so thankful. The apartments are clean and updated, it has a great pool, very convenient dog park, new gym, and its affordable in a new developing area. 10/10 recommend living here.
Apartment is nice. Staff is nice. But if you’re looking to move here, keep in mind: 1) “non-optional additional charges,” including a $25 valet trash fee monthly — a junk fee — since we are lucky to get our trash picked up 2x a week (when we pay for 5x a week) 2) Walk the property before you select your unit! If you face a parking lot/dumpster area, exit your application immediately. Do not move in. You will be woken up at 5am (or earlier) to the roar of trash trucks, despite residential zoning prohibiting it before 7am. You... read more
Great community and amenities plus the location is walkable to City Center!
After a VERY long wait due to many unfortunate circumstances (blizzard being one of them) we FINALLY got moved in! It wasn’t without hitches, but the folks at West End made everything right as it went wrong. It is a beautiful property, our apartment is just perfect. We love the location and the size, we’ve had only 2 issues. One was resolved right away and one we are still waiting to get corrected. Move here if you want your packages stolen. There's no security cameras to prevent anything, dogs will shit on your front lawn, they won't pick it up, alarms will never stop going off, they'll leave a hole in the ceiling above your front porch with debris falling out of it weekly. Truly luxury living!
