Scott and the team at West End Air Conditioning did an amazing job with our new split system. Very thorough and did a really nice job with the install. Highly recommended.

Extremely dissatisfied...I spent $7500 in February of 2023 for a new A/C unit..the fan broke and needed to be replaced.A technician from West End came on Tuesday morning, said they didn't have the part but would order it and would call me later that day..... I waited until 4:00 Wednesday, called the office and was told that the person who orders the parts was out that day from work and had no idea if the part was ordered... I was able to find someone else Thursday morning who came over with the part and fixed it...and charge... read more
