Quick and professional service at a fair price. Our tech was super helpful and friendly. Especially grateful they came out on a Sunday to fix our A/C in the middle of the summer! Highly recommend.
Had an issue this past Sunday, it was over 90 degrees (lovely). Called West End and by 3 pm, they had replaced my fan motor and capacitor. The young man doing the work was great and talked to me while he worked, showing me how he was troubleshooting and why I needed the parts. Price was fair and work was quality. Highly recommend!
We called them out last year, to clean the evaporator coil on my elderly mothers air conditioner. The technician used a coil cleaner and scrubbed the coil with a brush. But neglected to rinse the cleaner off the coil with water. He told us the water condensation from the coil would rinse the cleaner off. Within a half hour after he left.
