West End Air Conditioning serviced my ac unit this morning. Their phone representative was professional and respectful. The technician was on time, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend this company for your ac needs and will pass the word around as the go to air conditioning company to use.
Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the technician who serviced my A/C last week but he was FABULOUS. Professional and educated me on important facts. He looked up my A/C which I had put in last year by another company and showed me that they never registered me with Rheem in order to receive a 10 year warantee. He recommended i call them and ask them to do so, which I did, and they said they will. Quick and professional service at a fair price. Our tech was super helpful and friendly. Especially grateful they came out on a Sunday to fix our A/C in the middle of the summer! Highly recommend.
Had an issue this past Sunday, it was over 90 degrees (lovely). Called West End and by 3 pm, they had replaced my fan motor and capacitor. The young man doing the work was great and talked to me while he worked, showing me how he was troubleshooting and why I needed the parts. Price was fair and work was quality. Highly recommend!
