Exceptional service from West End Air Conditioning! Our AC was barely running overnight, and my wife called them first thing in the morning. To our surprise, they had someone at our house within the hour. Dan was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how he’d fix it. He got the work done quickly even while working in a heavy rain. Thanks to Dan, we’re back up and running. Service like this is rare these days, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend West End Air Conditioning to anyone.
West End Air Conditioning serviced my ac unit this morning. Their phone representative was professional and respectful. The technician was on time, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend this company for your ac needs and will pass the word around as the go to air conditioning company to use.
Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the technician who serviced my A/C last week but he was FABULOUS. Professional and educated me on important facts. He looked up my A/C which I had put in last year by another company and showed me that they never registered me with Rheem in order to receive a 10 year warantee. He recommended i call them and ask them to do so, which I did, and they said they will.
