I cannot say enough positive things about West End Aesthetics! Randi and everyone who works there are kind, informative and make your experience enjoyable and comfortable from start to finish. Each time I leave there feeling better than when I went in! I live in NYC and when I visit Sylva the welcoming environment and kindness is what keeps me returning every year.
Randi and Cheyenne are very skilled at what they do but, in addition, they are kind, friendly, amazing humans. You will not regret choosing West End Aesthetics!

Cheyenne was wonderful. I was a walk in for hydration therapy and she was very professional, explained everything well and checked on me often. The environment was clean and pleasant.
