Number one for worst customer service in Brisbane. The floor staffs act like they own James Street and drive Ferraris to work. The owner of West Elm should do themselves a favour and fire these useless people. Look at the reviews averaging 2 stars. It speaks for oneself. The female staffs don’t make eye contact with you and ignore your questions, looking at you like why are you asking me this? Pathetic low lives acting like they’re part of the elite class.

Excellent service. Had last minute decor shopping to do before selling my house. Had to match with an aqua couch and yellow chair. Vanessa went above and beyond and came to my rescue. She did a great job under difficult conditions! Will defintely shop here for the new house.
I'm a repeat customer at West Elm Fortitude Valley. Purchased the Laurent 2 Seat, as sold in store. The threading of the material is so thin, you can see the dark material underneath giving the sofa a streaky and dirty look. Purchased the sofa for $4500 AUD. Requested the design team to consider return or compensation but they couldn't do anything about it. Reconsider before making any purchase from the store. No product complaints process made available. No mechanism to product product reviews.
