Purchased a dining table and arrived cracked and damaged. Customer service failed to offer a solution and is no longer responding to my calls or emails
Bad luck for me, has been attracted by the show room. Taking the risk to purchased a sofa for study room, even I saw 2.8 review for this store. Damaged my walls during deliver, and being told the responsibility should been taken by their deliver company. Incident occurred 05/06/2026, and now is 05/09/2026, with numerous phone calls and emails still not get resolved, waited 3 month.
I visited this store today and purchased a bunch of faux flowers, and a diffuser. I paid roughly $350 total. The customer service I received today at this store, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I approached the sales team member and politely asked if she had the diffuser that I wanted available in the larger size. She replied with “Mmmh I don’t know” and eventually agreed to check on the system. She said they had eight in stock. She said that she would go look. Beautiful store, the staff were really friendly and helpful.
BE AWARE!!! Only good thing is show room. Damaged my walls during deliver, and pushing responsibility to deliver company, refusing to fixing it. It happened 05/06/2026, and now is 29/07/2026, still haven’t heard anything from them, keep replying they don’t have direct contact number for the repair team, they will pass information, and ask me to wait. (4 walls) And waited almost 2 month
