DO NOT SHOP! Shipping and communications from this company is embarrassing and completely broken. We ordered a rug three months ago. The product was sent from Vancouver to a warehouse in the US where is has been sitting without movement, update or explanation for 3 months. To add insult to injury, We had to pay for this "shipping" option. In the future we will only shopping with eq3, cb2 or any of the more reasonably priced competitors to west elm. So not shop here.
