DO NOT SHOP HERE! Bought a vanity from west elm. Had it in storage for a few months as my house was being renovated. When I opened the box the counter top had a hair line crack in it. They refuse to help in anyway. Kim the customer service manager was extremely rude. It’s so clearly a latent defect none of the corners are damaged just in the middle of the vanity. It’s poor craftsmanship and bad quality control. 2000$ for a vanity and now I have to throw it in the garbage. I should of read the reviews this company doesn’t car... read more
