I had a very disappointing experience with both the delivery and customer service. The delivery driver refused to assist in bringing two benches to our apartment and was prepared to leave them in the lobby. When my wife, who is pregnant, explained her situation and requested assistance, the driver reluctantly agreed to only take the benches to the lift, offering no further help.
