After two months of most expected waiting, I decided to ask for a refund. My furniture ordered in Septermber 3, is only expected to be delivered in Mid December, because I had the idea to customize two chairs. Customer service refuse to split delivery despite being told in the store I would be getting my furniture separately automatically - not as part of any request. Just went in looking for help to recondition a sofa I purchased in West Elm a few years ago and Emily was very helpful providing everything I needed! Great customer service!
This store needs to be restaffed or at least educate your staff about the items they sell. There’s no reason for the employee to be just as confused as me when I’m asking basic questions about curtains. It’s like it was everyone’s first day.
Nice looking furniture. In fact, we have shopped there a few times over the years. However, the product quality and customer service is terrible. Bought a cocktail table that just fell apart on its own after a couple of years and they don't provide any parts or support. Believe the other poor reviews.
