Order shipped but never arrived. West elm refused to refund me or give me the contact info for the shipper. Sketchy business.
Very disappointing experience. I bought ten items, but two were scanned twice at checkout. The cashier didn’t notice, and if I hadn’t checked the on-screen receipt myself, I would have been overcharged. When I pointed out the mistake, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This shows a serious lack of attention and basic customer service. Management should ensure staff are properly trained to prevent overcharging and to treat customers with respect.
