I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews on this store! I’ve had nothing but good experiences.
One stop shop
Terrible experience. Bought 10k plus of furniture and they lied about delivery dates, receipt says sept but they changed it to dec because of one piece. Customer service is terrible and can’t do anything, really upset about it. They lied completely and never called me back when 3 different people said they would. All in all. I will never buy from them again. I’m in shock how bad their service is. Really disappointing.
Worst customer experience. Media Console delivered with issues, the store rep who I purchased it from couldn't help, just sent me to customer service, multiple calls from my end to schedule the elusive "furniture medic" to come to my home and repair. No one ever calls you back. And lets not forget that I spent OVER $2K dollars on this Media Console. So many other options, buy from another provider.
