Friendly staff... Great products
Terrible customer service. We accidentally bought cushion covers and sought advice from the west elm team. They helped us set up an order that matched the cushion covers. The outdoor couch showed up with half the cushions missing. We were told on site it’d be taken care of but after digging deeper, they said they do not have the cushions and aren’t in stock nor will return.
