Terrible customer service. We accidentally bought cushion covers and sought advice from the west elm team. They helped us set up an order that matched the cushion covers. The outdoor couch showed up with half the cushions missing. We were told on site it’d be taken care of but after digging deeper, they said they do not have the cushions and aren’t in stock nor will return. We have primarily worked with Danielle and she has been AAAAAMAZING.
STAY AWAY from west elm couches!! We spent 4k+ on one and has been a disaster.. to say the least. All the feathers keep coming out, now I have to get cushion replacements. even Costco couches are better..
A nice young man helped us. Bought a chair my wife and I loved! He wheeled it out to us at curbside pick up and loaded it in our SUV with a smile.
