Good quality furniture and friendly staff.
I purchased a table from here and within a few weeks I found it to be peeling and the veneer was chipping which was very disappointing given the high price and it being an investment piece for me. I had barely used the table and immediately worried if the top would even survive a year into use. I called the store immediately and was told they would look into it. Bad experience at this store. I asked if they had something advertised online and no staff was willing to check or help me look, they just said probably not. Then I found it myself, went to pay and the same staff didn’t want to give me the discount that was written all over the store. Very awkward and unpleasant. Finally I bought it, but the model was messed up so I asked if I could swap it for another. The same staff member proceeded to come and stand behind me watching while I switched it out, making me very uncomfortable.... read more
