Horrible customer service, the rep at the counter was super rude and made it seem like it was an inconvenience to them for us to shop there. We even said "thank you" after check out with no acknowledgment from the rep, just rudeness smirk like she wanted us to get out asap. I love west elm but this was the worst customer experience, horrible location, I will not be back.

Amazing attention to detail and customer service from Raquel. She helped me by getting the baskets and candleholders from the back because I wanted new ones (I was being too much). Raquel made our shopping experience amazing!

I had a very disappointing experience at West Elm. I purchased furniture in-store for pick-up at the same location, but shortly after leaving, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped for pick-up in Virginia. When I called customer service, a representative advised me that I could cancel the order, but it would be easier to do so in-person at the store since the order was done using a giftcard.
