We visited the West Elm — Des Moines store today, June 23rd. Our experience was just wonderful. The District Manager was present, whom greeted us with such elegance and enthusiasm. I highly recommend stopping by this location, which is currently located Downtown in the East Village. Such a beautiful store! 🙌🏼 😊
Love shopping here so many ideas for my home
I ordered the Ansel nursery set on October 16. They said it was back ordered and would arrive in December. This same set is currently listed on their website offering a March delivery. It’s Feb. 21 and it still hasn’t arrived- I have had to call weekly for the past month just to locate the crib they are waiting on to send the order. No updates have been provided via email. I have had to seek updates, myself. This is not the first time this has happened. I once waited 9 months for stools for my kitchen. I love their furniture... read more
