I ordered the Ansel nursery set on October 16. They said it was back ordered and would arrive in December. This same set is currently listed on their website offering a March delivery. It’s Feb. 21 and it still hasn’t arrived- I have had to call weekly for the past month just to locate the crib they are waiting on to send the order. No updates have been provided via email. Poor
West Elm has the style of furniture I was looking for, but not finding anywhere else. The staff was helpful but not smothering me every few minutes to see if I needed help. They had so many options and helped me choose the fabric material and color to complement my room. The only problem was their online reviews were bad so we didn’t buy anything.
