Store has nice displays, attentive employees and a large variety of contemporary furniture, plus household items. A great place to visit for couples starting or completing a nest.
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ashlee. Not only is Ashlee delightful and professional, she went above and beyond in her level of customer service. My wife is a designer and Ashlee did a fantastic job suggesting various pieces and assisting in getting our company set-up with West Elm's B2B program. I would imagine this is what getting catfished feels like. Everything looks pretty on the surface but when I decided to engage, I was shocked at what I found. I expect this type of service from a hole in the wall store or a used car dealership or being mugged in a dark parking garage. NOT a store in Downtown Summerlin!
