Terrible, no customer service, absolutely 0. I walk in to buy sheets and I’m standing at the register for 5 minutes not a single hello, or I’ll be with you in a second. I ended up putting back the sheets and leaving. Don’t go here. I left very angry. I’m not going to spend my money at a store where the employees ignore the customers.

Great furniture store
I don’t write many reviews, but we had a wonderful experience at this west Elm with Hollie the general manager. She was super helpful showing us everything we needed to know.
