West Elm return police is with in 30 days. With receipt/ order number for any reason!!! I needed to return a table. It was well with in the 30 day police, unopened, it was an online order, but in store pick up. I was in the store picking up other items and I looked the table over. I found it to be extreemly unstable and wably. I later spoke to a manager and ask if thier table on display could be check to insure it was assembled correctly. I would buy furnitures here again. They are friendly and helpful!
Beautiful furniture store
Terrible, no customer service, absolutely 0. I walk in to buy sheets and I’m standing at the register for 5 minutes not a single hello, or I’ll be with you in a second. I ended up putting back the sheets and leaving. Don’t go here. I left very angry. I’m not going to spend my money at a store where the employees ignore the customers.
