Tons of shipping delays. Would not recommend.
I ordered the 40” monti table and when it arrived there was a dark almost black stain around the edge of the table. The delivery guy was nice enough to try to wipe it off but the mark would not come off. I called west elm same day and they were happy to send a “new” table to replace the one I received. When the “new” table arrived it was not in a box but wrapped in 2 dirty blankets that the deliverer taped with packing tape around the table. I was really disappointed by the customer services of West Elm. I’ve been eyeing a lamp(Ribbed Glass Lamp) for a while and on Friday 06/13 I saw a discount offer when I searched for this lamp online. The ad claimed a price drop and had a price for lamp I wanted crossed 159 and 99 shown as the new price. I went to this location the same day to buy the lamp. In the store, I was told that there is no discount and after showing them the ad online, they only threw up their hands. I contacted online support and explained the issue... read more
