We bought two Landon sofas at West Elm and after 3 months both sofas had sagging seams. Contacted customer service twice with photos and both times we were told that West Elm wouldn't do anything. It wasn't until afterwards that I read all the other reviews about shoddy merchandise and terrible customer service. Sooo surprised and disappointed.
The best location for my was this one ! The vibrations is really nice and was a lot people yesterday memorial day was a good experience any ways amazing furniture with good quality ! Jess yes is very kind
