Nothing against this location, the website and lead times when ordering online are terrible. It took over 2.5 months to get cushions. They were originally supposed to arrive in November but I kept receiving order delayed notifiations. Had I known it would take so long I would have ordered elsewhere.
I placed an order for a filing cabinet and then the next day realized I ordered the wrong one. Instead of letting me cancel my order, they said I had to wait for it to be received by some other team, (me, the customer, am required to keep track of their internal processes). And they won't refund a delivery fee for something that hasn't been delivered. Ordered a couch in alabaster velvet. After waiting 3 months for it to arrived, it arrived with a little blue dot in the arm of the couch. When I reached out they offered a $35 e-card saying they cannot see anything. Now I have to live with this imperfect couch. Will not be shopping at West Elm again as they take too long to deliver furniture and don’t stand behind their product.
