This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. We placed an order last night, including White Glove Service (for an extra charge) and realized we had made a mistake on the size of their items. Today, less than 24 hours after we placed the order, we called to try to modify it and get the right items. We were told that there were no cancellations, no modifications, no changes permitted.
