This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. We placed an order last night, including White Glove Service (for an extra charge) and realized we had made a mistake on the size of their items. Today, less than 24 hours after we placed the order, we called to try to modify it and get the right items. We were told that there were no cancellations, no modifications, no changes permitted. I had an excellent shopping my experience at this store today, entirely due to Erin — who checked me out at the register and assisted me with my many purchases. I switched out an item that she had already rang up, after I looked around and saw a different candle that I preferred. She made the change with no hassle or annoyance.
