I spent over $8,000 at West Elm this summer to furnish my home, including a $2,500 dining set that’s already falling apart after just three months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Sofa I received is WAY more shallow than advertised. Seat Depth is listed at 27”, but measures only 19” deep! Super uncomfortable! After a 3 month saga, Customer service refused to take it back, and never once let me speak with a manager! They claimed their “Vendor” won’t approve of return (Vendor = Third-party manufacturer)!

I’ve been working with customer service for 4 weeks now, but they have still won’t approve the return, claiming the “Vendor” won’t approve of it (Vendor = Third-party manufacturer)! Shout-out to Megan from customer service; she has been a bright spot in this mess, but it seems her hands are tied. She isn’t allowed to connect me with upper management.
