I ordered a custom sofa from West Elm (Order #351612669322), and what I received was so overstuffed and misaligned it’s almost impossible to sit on (and if you force yourself into the overstuffed cushions it causes actual pain within 5 minutes). It doesn’t resemble the model I tested in-store, and clearly has structural issues—photos show cushions that won’t sit flush and a seat that pushes you forward and off. Great food
No staff at either the merchandise pickup or at the front desk. Both times we went for a pickup took over 30 minutes each time just because no one was available to help.
The staff are very helpful and attentive to your interests and inquiries. This is a great place to shop for furnishing an apartment or second home. The designs are clean, beautifully finished, Affordable and functional.
My review is a bit over due. My wife, Svetlana D, and I visited this store and were so impressed at the level of service provided to us. Not only very professional, but so kind and polite as well. The manager got involved in our need and resolved our issue. It was my first visit but am certain it will not be the last. The combination of high quality products and excellent customer service is so satisfying.
