Well I'm leaving 3 stars because its right i. The middle. It won't hurt you or help seeing as you current have 2.8 star rating. I want West Elm to be aware of the power of reviews. I myself have not visited your store, but I had planned visiting tomorrow as I am in need of furnishing my entire home. I went to look up your address and saw your 2.8 stars! Perfect for folks who want budget level junk for an insane price! This place is marketing themselves as “ luxury” but all furniture requires assembly, takes forever to arrive, and is covered in stickers when it arrives.
Amanda is excellent to work with. She always goes above and beyond. She also knows the products very very well, and has been working at West Elm for many years. She not only has great taste, but she listens very carefully to you, understanding what you are looking for. She's tremendously helpful. Very happy with the service I received through Amanda at this West Elm location.
